Trick #1 – Enjoy Yourself
You know it’s much easier to do something if you enjoy it. While it is difficult to make this true for every aspect of your life it is possible to find enjoyment in almost everything you do.
- When exercising, choose activities you enjoy doing. This will increase your chances of finishing.
- When faced with a stressful daily meeting with your boss, think about the about the positive aspects of your job. It will either help you to cope with the stress or you’ll know it’s time to look for a new job.
The fear of change is often one of the biggest reasons that people avoid following their dreams and undertaking activities they actually enjoy.
Change is usually a good thing; it challenges you and forces you to break through the struggles and find a way to achieve the desired result.
Trick #2 – Moderation is Key
We live in a society that demands instant gratification. Unfortunately, this leads to unrealistic expectations like losing weight in the shortest amount of time possible.
