Things are changing right now in our society.
You can probably feel it too.
Our systems that used to be stable and trustworthy are no longer.
Corrupt pharmaceutical companies put profits over human health.
Over 70 percent of people in America are overweight, taking cocktails of expensive pills and becoming even weaker and more dependent on a broken system of fake food and band aid medicine.
Cancer cases in people under 50 are up nearly 80 percent in the last three decades
We're stressed to the max, eating fake processed foods, being fed an endless stream of garbage entertainment…
We’re dumber, weaker, and more distracted than ever before.
And our kids are addicted to games, to phones, to drugs.
We're not getting outside anymore and connecting in nature like we used to.
Instead, we spend hours glued to the TV, the iPhone, social media, and Netflix.
We’re no longer led by God.
Instead, we’re puppeteered by Silicon Valley, Big Pharma, the fake food industry and corrupt politicians who only care about profit.
We've lost our real connection to one another.
We've lost our health and our inner strength.
Our society is SICK.
And this worries me because it hits home.
It hits home because of my own personal story…
When I was three, my dad had his first grand mal seizure.
He fell out of bed, writhing on the floor.
Later that day, we found out he had terminal brain cancer.
There isn’t much harder news to hear than that, but still my dad decided to fight.
He underwent emergency brain surgery, followed by chemotherapy, radiation, the whole works.
My dad's first surgery removed a chunk of his skull and his brain.
He had giant gashes running down his head that looked like canyons.
He got brain damage from the surgery, and he lost control of the entire left side of his body.
In the years that followed, my dad would still play catch with me.
He'd put the baseball mitt on his right hand, catch the ball, take the mitt off, throw the ball back to me, and put the glove back on.
He still showed up for work.
He still did his best to be a great dad, but without his full health, strength, and energy, he could only do so much.
Several years later, the cancer came back.
I think my father knew he was gonna die.
But he didn't want to accept it because that meant saying goodbye to me, my mom and little brother.
He didn’t want to truly accept the pain and fear that he wouldn't be able to provide for us or protect us anymore.
At this time, it all felt too much for me.
I was so lost.
My dad was in a hospice bed, my parents' master bedroom, slowly dying.
I didn’t know how to process it all and I was filled with so much anger and confusion.
One afternoon, I went down to the local basketball court to blow off some steam.
I was playing rough with the other boys and as I'm jumping up for the ball, I was pushed from the back…
I fall down on my arm and it snaps in half, a total V.
All the boys scream and run away and I'm in shock, looking at my mangled arm…
I gingerly begin the mile walk back home…
As I open the front door I see my mom and I burst out in tears.
I can't imagine what she thought at that moment.
Her husband's dying in the bedroom and her oldest son has a broken arm.
Mom rushed me to the emergency room where I stayed overnight for surgery.
She couldn't stay because she needed to go home to be with my dad and my little brother.
That night she was so scared.
Her life was literally falling apart.
Her husband is dying and she’s praying her son wakes up from anesthesia.
She's sitting next to my dad's bed, holding his hand and she whispers in his ear…
“Peter, I want you in that. .hospital room with. .Anthony. .tonight”
“If you need to go, go now.”
He died right then and there.
A final gesture of my father's love, it brought him peace to be with his son.
I found out dad died the next day when mom picked me up from the hospital.
We buried dad a week later and my life changed forever.
In the years that followed, I saw my mom scramble to hold her family together.
She took the role of protecting and providing, loving and nurturing, all while navigating her own broken heart and healing.
To say it was stressful is an understatement.
I’ll be forever grateful for how strong she was.
As my life went on, I realized it should never have been like that.
No parent should be left alone, scrambling to raise their children, all while trying to mend a broken hard…
But now, unfortunately, this situation is becoming the new normal.
Now, in America, my dad’s story is all too common.
And they’re dying far too young, just like my father…
Leaving widowed wives and fatherless children.
A true tragedy.
But it's a harsh truth, one that is gnawing at the very fabric of our society.
Men, who once stood as pillars of strength and dedication, now seem content being in a state of weakness and dependency.
Not just of physical sickness, but of a more profound spiritual and emotional deterioration too.
Gone are the days when the desire to build, to lead… and to create, was a man's pride.
Days where we once saw fathers and sons working side by side, creating not just structures but legacies.
Today, we see a disconnection and a gap widening with every passing generation.
There was a time when a man’s worth was measured by his ability to provide for his family, to ensure their safety and security… through his own strength and health.
But now, this is overshadowed by a relentless chase of fleeting pleasures…
Endless scrolling on social media…
Binge watching the latest Netflix shows…
And eating cheap, processed and downright dangerous junk food that’s leading them to an early grave.
The depth of purpose of ensuring the wellbeing of loved ones is now being replaced by a shallow quest for instant gratification.
Modern society is creating weak, unhealthy, and docile men.
Men are overweight, addicted, and trapped in unhealthy patterns… secretly wanting better but not taking any action.
Men today have become a weak product of our sick society.
Is this really what we’re teaching our children?
Is this the role model we want to be?
I, for one, am not accepting this. And I know you don’t want to either.
I am leading myself, my family, and this Fit Father Community in the exact opposite direction.
I am leading my family & community toward greater health and strength.
And the strength I’m speaking of isn't just physical; it's the mental and emotional fortitude to navigate life's challenges and become a strong and healthy beacon for all those who depend on us.
Because I believe we’re all here to serve a higher purpose – be it for our family, friends, faith, or community.
And a six pack isn’t enough to do all that.
Which is why…
We need to take a more holistic approach to men’s health.
Fitness alone is not enough.
It’s just one cog in the wheel, an important one, yes, but still just one.
Focusing on just fitness is like watering only one plant in a garden.
Sure, that plant might thrive, but the rest of the garden will wither.
That’s why we need more.
We need to attend to our physical health…
And when we do that, our relationships with our spouses, kids and friends improve…
We begin to dedicate more time and effort for service to others & our community…
And our faith and commitment to a higher purpose deepens.
Because for too long, men in America have neglected their duties.
We’ve been content to endlessly scroll social media, binge watch Netflix and stuff our faces with fake, processed convenience food.
We’ve gotten weak, sick, stressed, tired and too many are dying far too early.
But now, that’s about to change inside the new Fit Father community.
Inside, we're actively cultivating health and strength on all levels.
We're working on how to improve our mental and emotional health and resilience…
How to improve our most important relationships…
How to deepen our connection to personal values and faith…
How to lead our families to greater health and well being…
And how to become a person of service and a force of goodness in our communities.
This journey of growth isn't just about fixing what's broken; it's about rediscovering our inner strength, reigniting our passions, and rebuilding our lives on our terms…. For us and for our children.
We are here to become strong and healthy to pursue a purpose greater than ourselves.
It's about making a mark, leaving an imprint on the world, however small it may be.
So it's time to wake up, to realize that this path of complacency leads us nowhere.
It's time to reclaim the essence of true manhood – our strength, resilience, creativity, health, and dedication to a higher purpose.
The new and improved Fit Father Program is a community of men dedicated to physical fitness, mental resilience, and emotional and spiritual connectedness.
I'm focusing on leading this community to be healthier and stronger, and not just in the gym.
It's about building up the kind of strength that helps us tackle anything life throws our way — mental, emotional, you name it.
It’s about showing up in every area of life for ourselves, our families, and our kids.
It's about leaving a positive impact, no matter how big or small.
We can't just coast through life; we've got to actively shape it and get back to being the leaders for the people who need us most.
It's about more than just muscle; it's about resilience, creativity, and finding that bigger purpose.
That’s what the new and improved Fit Father community is all about.

Fit Father Mindset Training For Building Mental Resilience:
So, right now, you might be wondering what the investment is to join us…
And I’ve thought long and hard about this.

But I’m not going to charge you that today…
In fact, I’m not going to charge you anything today.
That’s right, I’m offering the new and. .improved Fit. .Father Project .absolutely. .FREE today!
You can join for nothing for the first. .14 days and. .after you’ll be charged just .$39 per month.
That’s less than $1.39 per day for a lifetime of community, health & wellness.
Now, you might think this is absolutely crazy and maybe it is…
But I’m doing this for 2 reasons:
I want to PROVE to you that Fit Father is the best program for building physical fitness, improving your relationships, strengthening your mental fortitude and deepening your connection to a higher purpose.
And I want to prove it to you without you having to invest hundreds, even thousands of dollars, just to find out if this is for you.
I want to truly build the biggest and most connected community of men in America. I want to play my part in helping men rise up again in this country, because God knows we need to.
And I don’t want any financial commitment to get in the way of this mission. Of course, I will need to charge to keep the community going in the future. But for now, I just want as many committed men as possible to join me in my mission.
So, right now, on this very page, you can join the Fit Father community for FREE for the first 14 days.
And if for whatever reason, you don’t like it, you can leave without being out of pocket.
You have nothing to lose.
And here’s another thing:
When enough men join I will end this offer.
The reason being, I need to keep the integrity of the community and not dilute the attention that every member gets.
The community needs to stay focused and if I just open the floodgates our attention will get scattered and disconnected.
So, if you want to join, NOW is the best time.
Not tomorrow, NOW.

“I started at a weight of 217.5 lbs and 33% body fat. I am now at 183.8 lbs and looking almost as good as I did when I was 20 years old in the army. I feel fantastic!
I never thought I would see my abs again! On top of losing almost 40 lbs I have so much energy now. My self-confidence is back. All I did was follow the program and I got great results.”
34 lbs lost in 6 months
“I am now weighing in at 177 lbs… WOW! I started this crazy journey in March at 257 lbs… How is this possible? FF30X and the awesome brotherhood and crew associated with this program! I can’t thank you enough for literally changing my life!!!”
80 lbs lost in 7 months
“This program has radically changed everything about me. I lost 22 lbs in the first 30 days, then shortly thereafter surpassed my goal and lost over 40 lbs. My energy level is through the roof and my wife can’t stop commenting on the transformation my body has undergone.”
40 lbs lost in 3 months
“Saying ‘I am happy’ with my results would be a huge understatement. When I started FF30X I was 27% body fat. I had tried other weight loss programs but the results never lasted, so I kept looking. I lost 22 lbs and dropped my body fat 8%. Since starting the program I feel good again. I have energy and motivation. I feel limber. And I am no longer embarrassed to take my shirt off.”
lost 22 lbs in 3 months
FF30X has been a life changing experience for me. January 19th through July 19t, I lost 40 pounds and I have maintained that since!
This program definitely changed my life. Being physically fit and healthy affects every aspect of your life positively. I started the program to lose some weight and get in shape. In retrospect I now see it as a journey of mental and physical renewal. I have become stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually.
40 lbs lost in 6 months
“I went from 361.6 to 210.7 in about 10 months. Not only does FF30X work, it is so much more sustainable than anything else I’ve tried. The knowledge, tools, and support I have gained from the FFP has given me the confidence that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle the rest of my life. It has also taken the pressure off of me that I have to be perfect. It’s broken the all or nothing mindset I had in the past.
