Not at all. We welcome everyone to this event: our community members, their friends & families, and new friends who learn about this event and want to become healthier & happier. This conference is packed with exceptional learning and networking opportunities for everyone!
Optional morning workouts start at 7:30am. The Venue & Exhibitor Hall opens up at 7:45am where you’ll find coffee. The first presentation of each day starts at 8:45am. We break for lunch at 12:30pm. The final presentation / activity of each day wraps by 6pm.
All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you're just starting out or deep into your health journey, every session is adaptable and supportive.
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Many sessions are designed for couples or accountability partners. While conference sessions are reserved for adults 18 and older, the Arizona Grand Resort is a family-friendly paradise—featuring a 7+ acre water park, spacious suites, diverse dining options, a golf course, spa, and more! It’s the perfect setting to blend transformation and vacation.
All workouts, breathwork, and yoga sessions are accessible to every level. Modifications will be provided. Participation in experiential sessions (workouts, stretching, hikes, breathwork) is encouraged, not required.

Yes. We have a powerful lineup for women’s health, including hormone balance, menopause support, and sessions tailored to women 40+.

Phoenix Sky Harbor, conveniently located 10 minutes from the Arizona Grand Resort. We recommend arriving on Wednesday August 27 or Thursday August 28. The event starts Friday morning August 29 and concludes the evening of Sunday August 31.

Most definitely! It’s hot most places in the summer. Arizona has a dry heat that most people find far more comfortable than humidity. Outside of optional sunrise hikes, the entire event experience will happen in a beautiful air-conditioned venue. The Arizona Grand Resort also has 7-acre pool and water park (including lazy river, slides, and spa) where you can relax.
