2. Change Your Routine
Like with your diet, your exercise routine should gradually get more challenging as you move through the weight loss process. For men just starting out, the initial challenges can seem like too much.
But you don't have to spend hours in the gym or slog away on a treadmill!
First, you need to identify where you are in your weight loss journey.
