Founder / CEO

Dr. Anthony Balduzzi is a health and weight loss expert and the founder of The Fit Father Project and The Fit Mother Project.

After watching his own Dad struggle with his health and tragically pass away at 42 years young, Dr. Balduzzi dedicated his life to studying health, nutrition, and exercise so that he could help other busy dads & moms get and stay healthy for their families.

Anthony holds degrees in Nutrition & Neuroscience from the University Of Pennsylvania, a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and is a former national champion bodybuilder.

Above all, he’s most proud of the fact that he's helped over 30,000 families in over 100 countries lose weight and get healthy through his programs.
