  • Lactobacillus plantarum increased HDL (good cholesterol)

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum
  • Bifidobacterium longum
  • Lactobacillus helveticus
  • Lactobacillus casei

  • Lactobacillus casei

  • Lactobacillus acidophilus

Numerous other Lactobacillus probiotics strains may aid in cancer prevention or treatment, but more research is needed to determine which probiotics combinations and dosages work best.
