Episode 137 of the Fit Father Project Podcast is all about balanced health and how to find and build stability in your mind, body, and spirit.

In this episode, you’ll meet health and fitness advocate Chris Wilson, who has seen and done it all in nearly 25 years in the fitness industry.

He’s gone from working the front desk at health clubs to becoming a personal trainer in 1999, and since then, he's trained nearly 20,000 hours with clients ranging from 10 to 90 years old. And, that's just the training side of Chris's life!

He also oversees two major fitness brands — Critical Bench and Strong By Design — and he’s worked alongside and learned from leaders in the industry, such as Charles Poliquin, Ben Prentiss, three-time World Champion Powerlifter Lloyd Weinstein, four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, IFBB Pros Darrem Charles, Ben Pakulski, John Hansen, and BIG Aaron Reed, and the owner of Critical Bench, Mike Westerdal.

Needless to say, Chris knows his stuff! But, we don’t just talk about training. We dig deep into his deep mission, which is based on his core belief that we're all made in God's image to have a strong mind, body, and spirit.

Chris is an amazing resource for anyone who’s dedicated to getting stronger on any of those dimensions, so if that sounds like you, you’ve got to hear this episode!

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • How to create stability in your mind, body, and spirit.
  • The connections and differences between mind, body, and spirit.
  • What ‘holistic health’ REALLY means.
  • How to find a true balance in our marriages and relationships with our children, family members, friends, and co-workers.
  • How to show up and be present in life.
  • And so much more!

So, if you want to get the most from your health and fitness efforts, listen to this episode on balanced health, take some notes, and check out FF30X!
