Changing bad habits and taking control of your life is never easy — but it's never impossible either! Fit Father Cleve was able to take back control of his life and health, and his story is inspiring.

Cleve is a 49-year-old husband and father who, like many of us, found his health and fitness fall by the wayside during the COVID-19 lockdowns.

As a black belt in karate and a member of a rock band, Cleve was always active. He also lives in Montreal, Québec, Canada, where they had some of the strictest lockdown rules in the world. He couldn’t go to his karate gym, and he couldn’t get together with his band.
