Making healthy changes isn't always easy, but if you commit to yourself and walk the walk, you can achieve any goal you set for yourself. That was certainly the case for Fit Father Jeff!

Jeff is a 47-year-old father of three who let the COVID-19 lockdowns derail any kind of healthy eating habits he may have had. Then, when the world reopened, his family moved to Florida from Canada, and he had access to every restaurant known to man, and he and his family ate out a lot.

In the blink of an eye, he was over 280 pounds and knew he needed a change.

If you're going to go through this program, just go for it. And that doesn't mean half-doing it. That means following it. I can promise you that if you follow it, it works. Having lost 30 pounds without ever stepping foot in the gym just goes to show that nutrition plays such an enormous part in this. And so the mental game has to be strong so that you can just commit to it. I think the other thing is to get the family buy-in. Get an ally on your side, whether it's your kids or your spouse, that's really going to support you and not be a hindrance. If you're all in, have support, and just follow the program, especially the nutrition, you'll succeed.
