The REAL Reason to weigh yourself daily (It’s not what you think)!

This episode of the Fit Father Project Podcast introduces you to the benefits of weighing yourself every day, and what the REAL reason is for doing so.

Most of us use our bathroom scales to check what damage a weekend of poor eating and little exercise has done. For that reason, I wanted to discuss the importance of weighing, when to do it for maximum benefit, and when NOT to do it (or at least not getting caught up in the numbers).

Weighing yourself should be a way to track your progress, show you when to make corrections to your habits, and identify what works and what doesn’t. It’s a feedback loop that will help you stay encouraged and positive about the results you are getting from your efforts.

Listen in to this short episode to understand the right way to use your scale, and when!
