Fit Father Dane stumbled upon the Fit Father Project in September of 2018. Dane was overweight, frustrated, and pre-diabetic. He had a 33% body fat.

Dane Before“I was fat and unhealthy,” explains Dane.

“My knees could feel every step of my overweight body. I was embarrassed to take off my snug extra-large shirts and I was worried I would never make it to see my grandkids.”

Dane, like thousands of other men around the world, assumed that gaining weight and losing their health were both inevitable after the age of 50.

“I started searching online for ‘fitness programs for men in their 50s,” says Dane.

“At the time I was 54 and at that age, you know your body reacts differently to things. Your metabolism is slower. You can’t work out the same way you did when you were in your 20s.”

Dane found the Fit Father Project website and read through the research-proven programs, the founder’s story, and the countless, life-changing, Fit Father testimonials.

And when he was finished reading, Dane joined the Brotherhood.

The Proven Weight Loss Program for Men

FF30X is the world’s first weight loss program designed exclusively for men over 40.

The 30-day online, science-backed plan includes simple meals, time-efficient workouts, daily accountability, and a Members-Only community.

“The Fit Father 30X Program is really straight forward,” states Dane.

“I liked the backstory of how Dr. Balduzzi (the FFP Founder) started the Fit Father Project after losing his own father.”

“It was clear from the beginning that the Fit Father Team genuinely wanted to help me and other guys my age.”

1 Month – 15lbs Lighter

The weight loss journey is different for every Fit Father depending on the amount of weight they need to lose, the unhealthy habits they need to break, and how closely they stick to the program.

Members can expect weight loss varying from 5 to 20 pounds in their first month on the Fit Father programs.

Fast & Long-Lasting Results

“The Fit Father programs are balanced and easy to follow,” says Dane.

“With the flexible workouts and simple meals, I can keep progressing even when I’m on the road traveling for work. In four months, I lost 40lbs. My health numbers are great.

I’m seeing muscle definition and I have a constant boost of energy. My confidence is really high now. I’m no longer self-conscious of my gut or my overall weight.

I never thought this was possible at my age. I can confidently say my success could not have happened without the Fit Father Project.”

Fit Fathers are consistently reminded that good health is about more than just the number on the scale. Being an overall healthy human is measured in many ways.

Non-Scale Victories

In the Fit Father Brotherhood, Non-Scale Victories (or NSVs) are celebrated often. NSVs are the positive experiences that show progress in the weight loss journey without a scale.

Fit Father Members experience NSVs like decreased body fat percentages, clothes fitting better, stopping their medication intake and increased energy to play with their kids.

When you start your Fit Father 30X program, you get instant access to the Members-Only group.

Inside the group, Members share progress, ask questions, and support one another throughout their journey.

“The Fit Father Members-Only group is the most grounding and steady reminder to stay on track,” says Dane.

“Inside the group, I can interact with other Fit Fathers around the world.
Communicating with the other guys reminds me that I am not on this journey alone.

I feel like I am part of the Fit Father Team now. I’ve made great friends. I share my successes and struggles so I can support my brothers.”
