His tipping point occurred a few months earlier during his annual physical.
“I was diagnosed with hypertension,” states Christopher.
“I was struggling with depression and I was having lower back pain. I couldn’t face the guy in the mirror any longer. I was failing myself and my family.”

“While following the other program I injured my shoulder,” explains Christopher.
